Order tracking and delivery
Where do we ship to?
AUTUMN Paris has no borders, we deliver worldwide!
Delivery information
For each shipment, you will receive an email from us informing you about the shipping company and the tracking number. This number is very important! It will allow you to verify that the delivery of your package is going well and to know the day of the delivery.
Once the parcel is shipped, the carrier will inform you, by SMS or email notifications, of the progress of your parcel. It is therefore important to provide a valid email address and a cell phone number assigned during the validation of your order.
In general, your packages will be delivered by Colis Privé. Sometimes, a product is not deliverable by this carrier and we are obliged to modify it. If this is the case, we will send you an email to let you know.

If the parcel is small, the deliveryman will deposit it in your mailbox without contacting you. Attention, if your mailbox is inaccessible, the parcel will be deposited automatically in a relay point. You have the possibility to reschedule a delivery within 24 hours after the first delivery notice and before the parcel is dropped off at the relay point.
If the parcel is medium or large, the deliveryman will pass by your residence in order to give you the parcel in person. If you are not present at the delivery time, a communication will be sent to you by email to reschedule the delivery or to collect the parcel in a relay point.

Damaged package
In collaboration with our carriers, we do everything possible to ensure that your package arrives in the best possible condition. In spite of our efforts, a parcel can undergo damages during its routing or delivery.
It is important to proceed to the verification of the articles in the presence of the carrier in order to detect if the products received are complete and in good condition. If not, you must make a claim to the carrier.
In reality :
– The deliveryman gives you the parcel by hand, do not let it go too quickly!
Do not hesitate to open the package in his presence and check the condition of the goods quickly.
If you notice that your package is damaged (open and/or damaged box), you must imperatively report it to the carrier and note it on the delivery slip. Depending on its condition, you also have the possibility to refuse the package.
– The deliverer refuses to assist in the unpacking, think of issuing reserves:
You must make reservations on the delivery slip, for example “Under reserve, package unpacked without the presence of the deliverer”. If there is no delivery note, the explanations must be indicated on the invoice or the deliveryman’s note.
If, when opening your package, you discover damage to the products, please send us photos of any damage to the box before throwing it away.
– The damaged package was dropped off in my absence
If the damaged parcel has been deposited in your mailbox, a secure place or that your guardian has received it, the parcel is considered as “accepted as is”. If the products inside are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us.
– You pick up your package in a relay point or pick up
The same procedure is required, remember to check the condition of the package and the goods upon receipt of the package and ask to put reserves on the shelf of the merchant if necessary. He will tell you what else to do if necessary and you can contact us if the products are damaged.
Returns and refunds
Retractation
You have a legal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return (at your expense).
All products on the site can be returned, except those bearing a contrary mention.
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging. You will have understood that a worn or used article cannot be taken back, as in your favorite store!
Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is deteriorated, will not be refunded.

For a quick and efficient processing of your return, please send us by email to sav@autumnparis.com the tracking number of the package.
Items paid with a gift card can be returned. But be careful, they will be the subject of a credit note and not a refund. You will be able to recommend the products that suit you.
Preparation error or defect on a product
If AUTUMN Paris made an error in your order or if a product was defective upon receipt, the return shipping costs will be covered.
In this case, contact us at sav@autumnparis.com to let us know and we will tell you how to proceed. Remember to provide us with a picture of the defect, we will solve the problem more quickly!
Payment by credit card or Paypal
The refund will be launched within 48 hours after receipt of the package and subject to compliance of the product.
If you paid your order by credit card, the refund will be made by reverse transfer, i.e. directly on your account without any action on your part. The transaction is usually visible within 48 hours except Sunday and Monday.
Paypal transactions are instantaneous and visible directly on your Paypal account.
Gift card payment
Items paid for with a gift card can be returned. However, they will be credited and not refunded. You will be able to recommend products that suit you.

You can add or remove products as you wish.
Your shopping is done, don’t forget to validate your cart!
At this stage, we will need your delivery and billing information.
Be careful, the delivery man will not find you if your address is not the right one and your package could end up at a neighbor’s house!
The phone number and email address are also important because they allow the shipping company to keep you informed of the delivery date or a possible problem in the delivery of your package.
You will have understood, it will be necessary to be attentive with this stage!
Your payment can be made online by credit card or via PayPal.
If the payment is accepted, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on the Site.
Be careful, if you have not been redirected to our site, there is a good chance that your order has not been validated. Go to the space, my account >> my orders, to check.
Use a coupon
If you have a coupon, remember to enter it before validating your cart in the box provided for this purpose.
Order status
Once your order is validated, it will be shipped within 48 hours and we will give you the tracking number.
Modify / cancel your order
You have validated your order too quickly and you wish to modify it!

Get an invoice
All your invoices will be available on your customer area as soon as the order has been shipped.

Our products are designed in France and manufactured in a country of the European zone, favoring the border countries.
Organic cotton
